“Lost heat and fan wouldn't shut off. Technician George found blown fuse caused by a short in the thermostat cable. Original installers failed to install a rubber grommet in the enclosure cable entry hole. This eventually resulted in cable insulation being cut and a short between one of the wires and enclosure. As a retired electrical engineer I can appreciate George's top notch troubleshooting skills and professionalism. Great job thank you.”
