Anthony Pietrzycki is the salesperson who sold me my new furnace. He measured each roomto determine the size of the unit that would be appropriate. He took time to explain the optionsavailable. He was kind, knowledgable, and patient. I could not be more pleased with my new furnace. I have been a long time Climate Master customer. Since Doornbos purchased C.M.I will now have service and cleaning of my units by them.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed a whole new AC system and Bob the sales guy came out and explained to me what the job was going to consist of. It was a 2day job and they left everything clean and I'm happy with my new unit. The building is old and I have an through the wall condenser in the garage and the air handler was inside the ceiling. It just wasn't ideal for the new equipment. They had to relocate the air handler into my linen closet and connect to the existing duct work and run some new electrical. Chris and Simon were extremely professional and if you want quality work then give these guy a call. I can't say they were the cheapest but I did gets a few quotes prior to making my decision and they were NOT the most expensive either!!! So you pay for quality! I'm happy with the work they did!!! Thanks guys!!!

Doornbos installed both my furnace and AC unit a few years ago, and their service continues to be excellent. Just had our annual furnace maintenance and was reminded of how well they treat customers. Appointments run on time, and the office calls with a heads up when the tech is on their way. Once they arrive, they wear shoe covers (booties) in the home. Their employees go above and beyond.A gigantic “thank you” to Dan for noticing a noise our furnace was making during a maintenance visit. Long story short, he caught an issue, picked up a needed replacement part, and fixed it while still under warranty. HUGE SAVINGS! Thank you, Dan!

We were having issues with our heating system and already had someone else come out and look at it, and they weren't able to repair the issue Mike from Doornbos came out and he diligently went through each step of his process to figure out the problem. The fix was a pretty easy one but overlooked by the last technician that came out from another company. Mike was very thorough and explained each step of the process. The cost was comparable to other providers but the service and fix was much better. Mike also conducted a cleaning of our heating unit. We had the service about a week ago and the heat has been consistent ever since. Would highly recommend their service.

I called Friday night about the heating issue, and an appointment was made for 7 a.m. the following morning. Mike was prompt and efficient. He explained the problem (lockout and flame sensing issue) well and fixed it in 20 minutes. I'm glad the house is warm again!

I’ve been a customer for the past 15 yrs. ‘Most recent Doornbos service completed 5 days ago. The D-tech completing that service was Mike D. Doornbos’ equipment pricing is competitive, not earth-shattering. But what sets them apart (from competitors) is their (tech) customer service. Mike D. makes the Doornbos-brand shine brightly. In the past 10 yrs of working with him, Mike D. is friendly, professional, honest as well as very knowledgeable.‘Not sure if they do, but I would hope that the bosses & owners realize the huge asset Mike D. is…to the Doornbos name..ie..company! Mike D. is absolutely worthy of this 5-star review!!

Robert Krause came to our home in early Oct. to give us an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner.We had 2 other estimates already, and decided that Doornbos was definitely the "top" company to deal with. Bob was very professional, and made us feel good about our decision. The installation took place the following week. Nick and Jamien arrived on time and worked so well together. They werevery hard workers, and are also "well deserving" to be commended for doing such a fine job. They explained everything thoroughly, and made sure all questions we had were answered. We want to say that Bob, Nick, and Jamien are all assets to Doornbos, and we have highly recommended them to others. The sheet metal work between the furnace and the plenum was an outstanding job! We are new homeowners and the baseboard radiator in our bathroom wasn’t working and then it developed a leak. Mike showed up quickly, fixed the leak before we had any serious property damage and got our radiator back up and running. It’s nice to have heat in our bathroom for the first time since we moved in. Just wanted to say what a great guy Robert Krause was in helping my husband and I choose a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. He was very professional and listened to our needs. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of everything. He was not pushy at all and answered all our questions. The installers were great Jamien P. and Nick C. were very professional and didn't leave a mess. Can't say enough good things about this company! Bob Krause came out to do the estimate and was wonderful! He gave us options and helped us understand each of them to make the best choice. He even came back within 30 minutes of leaving so we could sign the contract! The work itself was completed within the week by Nick who was also wonderful! We had asked about getting our furnace cleaned while he was there but Nick could not do the work so he called his boss and his boss was at our house within a few minutes to complete the cleaning. Doornbos will always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and that we are. Thank you!

Tried to secure their service for an ecobee installation which we bought from Home Depot. Technician came this morning charged $99 for showing up. Said charges might be more depending upon his inspection and could reach $400 plus. Tried to tinker with the wirings figuring out which goes where and maybe after 40 minutes - said can't do anything about the wirings. (Mind you, our HVAC system was installed by this company that's why they were the ones I called for service) Then he quoted $275 but I told him you basically did not do anything and did not change anything. Then just charged $198 for inspection. BE CAREFUL! If I did not question, technician won't drop the fee.

Hats off to brothers Simon & Kristoff for their impeccable work on the replacement of my 22 year old heating/ac systems with a new Carrier 3.5 ton high efficiency unit & a 2 stage furnace. Having a trade background, I expect quality workmanship & they surpassed my expectations. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, & efficient. At days end, they checked both systems to make sure everything was working properly. They did the job once & did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys. I also use Doornbos for yearly maintenance of both systems.

Roger was the 1st person who came out to walk through and do a thorough inspection of our home in regards to installing a Space Pac high-velocity AC unit in our 105 yr old home. He came back two more times after we received the quote, to go over specifics in regards to the installation and placement of the equipment. Jamien & Nick were seasoned, experienced professional installers. They answered all of our questions, arrived on time each day and did a professional job. Mark came out on the last day to set put the panel and he explained the operations of the new unit to us. We were well taken care of by all involved and my husband and I would recommend Doornbos Heating & A/C to anyone looking for quality products and professional service. Well done gentlemen!

The company was trying to charge me 1500$ for a part that cost 200$ and a fee of 239$ to come and check the problem. Bringing me to a total of 1800$ for visit, parts and labor. The person that came said if I signed up for the yearly maintenance they will only charge me 900$ For the work they were about to do. This price is a rip off to home owners. I will never again call this company for work!!!!!!!

I have been having the same issue several years in a row. They come out, charge hundreds of dollars and the issue is only fixed temporarily. The tech is lovely but paying to resolve the same issue repeatedly is not ideal.

Great company! A salesperson came to the house about 30 minutes after calling for an estimate and set up installation of new units in a couple days. Installers were very courteous and professional when they came to the house and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there! Definitely recommend Doornbos for your heating and AC needs!Edited to add: March 17, 2018 I got up in the morning and it was only 64° in the house and the furnace wasn't kicking on. Called the office and got the answering service, the lady contacted a technician and had him call me. The technician, Mike, called me shortly after I hung up with the answering service and I informed him what was going on and he came right away and checked it out. Turns out we had an oxidized flame sensor. He replaced it at no charge since we are still covered under warranty. Mike was very courteous (he even took his shoes off when he entered the house), professional and knowledgeable of of the issue at hand. Thanks Mike and Doornbos for your great service!!

Called for repair on my furnace that would cycle off and back on. Mike came out exactly on time and was really friendly and knowledgeable. Went through the furnace and found it was dirty and was overheating. Did a furnace cleaning service and didn't even charge the $95 service call fee which I was completely expecting. Will likely get a humidifier installed by Doornbos now. Completely recommend Doornbos.

Had a no heat call and needed a new furnace as the old electric had seen it's day (repairs needed didn't justify keeping the old thing). They came out in a blizzard condition and installed the new gas furnace including running new gas pipe and installing gas meter in the cold cutting wind (including new exhaust/intake pipes) all in one day and my little daughter and me have a good warm house the next day. The price was reasonable too. The guys were freezing but didn't stop til the job was completed that day. This was a long time ago but still sticks with me that the service was fast efficient and done right.

horrible. bought a 1600 dollar ac unit from them. they close at 5 o clock, came in at 4:50 and the old fat ugly ladies that sit there at their desks doing paper work had a problem with staying a few minutes late so that i can load up my unit. what kind of customer service is that? dumbass peoplethe 2 guys that also work their are also sketchy not really friendly. avoid this place unless you are a good ole white folk.
