“I called after 5pm on a Friday for service on my gas furnace. The dispatcher on the phone was very helpful and seemed delighted to help me with getting someone out to take a look at my issue. I received a phone call from the Tech (George). He was very attentive to listening while I told him what the furnace was doing. I had a very pleasant conversation and George who was willing to come out and take a look at the furnace on a Friday evening. He arrived almost exactly the time he told me he would over the phone (Amazing) . George had great customer skills and was a one of the most positive techs I've met. He was super knowledgeable on everything from the furnace, humidifier, Nest thermostat, and controls. George deserves great recognition for not only a great Tech and knowledge within his job, but also as a person with a great attitude and personality.
